Feedback and Raising Concerns
UCL’s goal is to put students’ feedback, insights and contributions at the heart of our decision-making. We value students’ feedback and work with students as partners in the process of shaping education at UCL.
If you feel that there is an important issue in your programme that needs to be addressed, this can usually be dealt with at departmental level.
We are always happy to listen to students’ concerns and do what we can to resolve them. We would much rather that you come to see us as soon as a problem arises – we cannot do anything about the issue if we don’t know about it!
In this page you can find information about:
- Past improvements following student feedback
- Academic concerns
- Giving feedback to the department
- Key contacts
- UCL formal complaints
Unitu - Give Us Your Feedback
You can raise issues and make suggestions to the department throughout the year through Unitu. This is an online service specifically set up for students to provide feedback, suggest improvements and bring issues to the attention of the department.
You can raise issues anonymously on this service and it is checked regularly by Teaching and Learning staff and the Departmental Tutor.
