About Mr Grech La Rosa
Andrea Grech La Rosa is a Naval Architect, currently working as a Research Assistant on his Phd focusing on the concept of a Morphological Bulbous Bow. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 2011 from the University of Malta, and furthered his studies at UCL with a masters in Naval Architecture, graduating in 2013.
Andrea is now based in the Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering office at UCL, working as a Research Assistant and also takes charge of the towing and coastal flume tanks. His main interests include hydrodynamics, cfd, wind powered ships, low carbon shipping, ship and submarine design.
