Research Outline

Body-Powered finger prosthetic with soft haptic feedback system


Mr Ge Shi started his studies in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. After two years of studies, Mr Ge Shi transfered to the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, to study his remaining two years. Afterwards, he joined UCL in 2016 and obtained his MSc degree with Distinction. Since January 2018, Ge has been a member of the Soft Haptics Lab within the department of Mechanical Engineering at UCL. His main research interests include Robotic technologies and haptic devices.
