Manufacturing Antimicrobial Health Care Products


Jubair Ahmed is a PhD student at University College London in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He obtained his BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Westminster. Jubair followed on to attain his MSc at University College London where he won The Worshipful Company of Armourers and Brasiers’ Biomaterials Medal & Prize for the best overall performance in the 2016-17 Biomaterials & Tissue Engineering MSc course. He was also included in the Dean of The Faculty of Engineering Science List for 2016-17. Jubair’s current research focuses on the novel manufacture of materials into wound dressings and other healthcare products.
