Research Outline

Generation of large scale functional human microvascular networks using in-vitro microfluidic assay

About Negar Shahreza

Born in Tehran, Iran, I obtained my master degree at University of Tehran and currently I’m doing my PhD at UCL. My project aims to investigate the role of fibroblasts during the development of microvascular networks. I employ 3D microfluidic technologies to create in vitro models of microvasculature enabling investigation of different biological perturbations on vascular morphogenesis.
