In Autumn 2017, Rebecca Shipley was awarded her EPSRC First Grant on Mathematical Modelling to Define a New Design Rationale for Tissue-Engineered Peripheral Nerve Repair Constructs. This grant brings together a team of in silico, in vitro and in vivo scientists with clinicians to explore peripheral nerve repair. Collaborators include Dr James Phillips (UCL School of Pharmacy) and Mr Tom Quick (RNOH).
