The UCL Cardiovascular Engineering Laboratory is devoted to the  development and clinical implementation of improved therapeutic solutions for cardiovascular diseases.

Our Lab offers specific and unique expertise for the study of cardiovascular science and for the design, development and assessment of clinical applications.

FACILITIES

The laboratory is equipped with facilities for the treatment and testing of biomaterials, and state-of-the-art equipment for the in-vitro assessment of cardiovascular implants.

OUR TEAM

Our research team includes scientists coming from different engineering backgrounds, and closely collaborates with various Centres of Excellence at UCL and UCLH/NHS.

Our Laboratory is part of UCL Mechanical Engineering, located in Bloomsbury, in the heart of London, and is easy to reach with public transports.
