Postdoctoral Fellow and Funded PhD Studentships:
Research Fellow in Research Fellow in Machine Learning for Multi-scale, Correlative, Biomedical Imaging:
Do you want to work in a team applying state-of-the-art ML models to integrated cutting edge imaging and spatial transcriptomics of the human heart? We are looking for a Post-doctoral Research Fellow with an image analysis/Machine Learning (ML) background to work at integrating correlative high resolution 3D X-ray imaging and Spatial Transcriptomics. You will be based at UCL but will be required to occasionally travel to Cambridge, the European Synchrotron and other centres. See details at: the advert, apply by 31st October.
Research Fellow in HiP-CT Quasi-Dynamic Imaging of Bio-Mechanics:
Would you like to generate, visualise and analyse some of the world’s newest and highest resolution quasi-dynamic bioimaging data of intact ex vivo human organs and joints? We are looking for a Post-doctoral Research Fellow on developing HiP-CT and applying dynamic imaging to understand the bio-mechanics of organs including the spine, heart and lungs, and generating 4D scans of intact organs with near cellular (micron) resolution. You will be based at the European Synchrotron (Grenoble, France). See details at: the advert, apply by 31st October.
